Partner-Points and Rewards |

Partner-Points are our way of saying thank you for being a valuable member of our panel. For every monthly survey you complete, we will award you with Partner-Points. These points add up very quickly and by saving them up, you can earn lots of great rewards! Look below to see all of the different ways you can earn Partner-Points.
If you have enough Partner-Points in your account, you have the option to redeem them at any time. Please keep in mind that point redemption is limited to once a month. All unused points will remain in your account for future redemption, but panelists can only accumulate up to 6500 points at a time. The charts below display how many points are needed at each reward level for Reward Choice Certificates and checks. Since we highly value long-term participation, you will see that the longer you stay on the panel and save your points, the more your points are worth.

About Reward Choice Certificates |

Partnership-Plus has teamed up with Hallmark Insights to offer you Reward Choice Certificates (or RCCs). An RCC is a unique reward that is redeemable for gift cards and certificates to over 90 popular retailers, restaurants, travel and entertainment providers, and much, much more! Click here to view the full merchant list. Redeeming Partner-Points for an RCC is easy! Please see the diagram below for step-by-step instructions on how to request an RCC.
After requesting an RCC on our web site, it can then be split up in $5.00 increments (with a minimum of $10.00) amongst the various merchants on Hallmark Insight's web site for multiple gift cards.

About Partnership-Plus Checks |

You have the option to save up your Partner-Points for a $50.00, $75.00 or $100.00 check! All you need is a minimum of 3000 Partner-Points. Check requests are processed on the 15th of every month and are mailed out shortly after. Depending on the time of month you redeem your Partner-Points, it can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to receive your reward check. General Reward Program Questions
What are Partner-Points?
Partner-Points are our way of saying thank you for being a valuable member of Partnership-Plus. We credit your account with Partner-Points for every monthly survey you complete. You can save your points to use towards gift cards to over 90 national merchants or for reward checks.
Each completed Monthly Survey is worth 200 Partner-Points. If you complete it within the first 5 days of the month you will receive an additional 50 Early Bird Points.
How can I earn Year End Bonus Points?
Year End Bonus Points are awarded to all panelists who complete at least 9 surveys during the calendar year.
These points are awarded once a year, shortly after the completion of the December survey.
When can I redeem my Partner-Points?
If you have enough points in your account, you can redeem Partner-Points every month after the completion of your monthly survey. You also have the option to save up your points and redeem them for larger rewards in the future.
Can I redeem my Partner-Points for more than one reward during a single month?
No, you can only choose one reward a month.
What is the maximum number of Partner-Points I can save?
You may accumulate up to 6,500 points at a time, so be sure to redeem your points before you reach this amount. We can only add points to your account if your total is below 6,500. Your points total is displayed every month after completing your survey. You can also view your total Partner-Points at any time by signing on and clicking on "My Account".

Who is Hallmark Insights?
Partnership-Plus has teamed up with Hallmark Insights, a national gift card provider, to bring you the best rewards program in the country. They adhere to the strictest policies and will never use your information for anything other than delivering your gift card to you.
How does the Reward Choice Certificate work?
A Reward Choice Certificate (RCC) is a unique reward that is redeemable for gift cards and certificates to over 90 popular retailers, restaurants, travel and entertainment providers, and much more.
Redeeming your points for an RCC is easy!
- Click the Redeem Points link on the left-hand side of the webpage to select a reward amount from our site. After making the selection, Hallmark Insights will send a Reward Choice Certificate email to your inbox within the next 7 business days.
- Once you receive the Reward Choice Certificate in your email, click on the link to view your reward certificate online.
- You are then able to click the link below your Certificate to be connected to Hallmark Insight's redemption site, where you can select the gift card(s) of your choice.
- After you make your selection(s), the gift card will then be mailed to you.
How long does it take for the Reward Choice Certificate I requested to arrive?
After redeeming your points for a Reward Choice Certificate, Hallmark Insights will email your gift certificate link within 7 business days. Once you receive it, click the link in the email to select your gift card(s).
After you make your selection(s) on Hallmark Insight's web site, your reward(s) will be mailed to you within 4-10 business days.
Does the Reward Choice Certificate expire?
Yes. Reward Choice Certificates are good for 13 months from the date you request it.
What do I do if I delete or do not receive my Reward Choice Certificate in my email?
If you have misplaced or did not receive your requested Reward Choice Certificate in your email, you must contact Hallmark Insights and they will be happy to re-send it to you. Customer service representatives can be reached Monday – Friday from 7:00AM – 7:00PM Central time.

What do I do if I lose or I do not receive my gift card in the mail?
If you lose or do not receive your gift certificate in the mail you will have to contact Hallmark Insights. Customer service representatives can be reached Monday – Friday from 7:00AM – 7:00PM Central time.
